Shane <Guest>This quest is green to me at lvl 31 and the npc baddies are lvl 42 in that area so how is someone lvl 25 supposed to be able to complete it??

pyrael <Guest>as not everywhere in the noble district mobs are found, maybe there is another way to Catus. Close to his location there is an abandoned sewer - anyway, I did not yet find the entrance to this sewer ;)
