KadjinA lot of people had problems finding this guy, and he`s in plain sight, the problem being the mobs surrouding him, which cover him. You can find Histacus around 210,235.

Drakoe <Guest>actually you have to kill a boss at the entrance of the zone, just follow the road.

Scab <Guest>I also had a problem with this. I had to go back to the instance entrance, leave, remake my group, then go back in. He was there after we reset the instance as indicated on the map above.
